Funnel Forge

A two-week live cohort of four hands-on sessions where eight participants build their entire funnel together. We start with real SEMrush and Search Console research, use AI to spin up landing pages, a programmatic SEO blog, and practical lead agents, then wire in ads and PostHog analytics, from blank page to live and converting. You don't watch. You ship.

Build, don't watch

Every session is hands-on work in your own accounts and tools.

AI-built pages

Spin up consistently-styled landing pages, each with tracking baked in.

Lead agents

Build simple AI agents with Claude Code, Codex, MCP & Zapier that qualify, route, and follow up with prospects.

Direct attention

Eight seats means your work gets reviewed personally, every session.

Live in two weeks

You walk away with a funnel that's running, not a to-do list.

A small room, built entirely around your funnel

Funnel Forge is capped at 8 on purpose. Not a thousand passive viewers, 8 people whose offers, pages, and numbers I work on directly, live, in every session. This isn't a course you watch and forget. It's a working room with my full attention on what you're building, and a seat in it is the closest thing to having me run your funnel with you.

Sound familiar?

The three things that stop most funnels

"Where do I even start?"

Offer, page, ads, email, tracking, it's a lot of moving parts and no clear order. We give you the exact sequence and build it with you, one piece per session.

"What actually converts right now?"

You don't need theory from 2019. We build with what's working today, the page structure, ad angles, and follow-up that are converting in real accounts.

"Do I need a big, expensive stack?"

No. We keep the stack lean and owned. Simple pages, custom agents, a basic lead database, direct APIs, and only the paid tools that are truly unavoidable.

Schedule

When it runs

One small group, four live sessions across two weeks, starting June 24. We set the exact session time once the cohort is formed, so it fits everyone's timezone. Spacing the sessions out means your ads actually run and your pages get real data in between. Everyone builds together, live.

Session 1: Research, offer, funnel map & landing page

Wed, Jun 24 · 2 hours
  • Pick the funnel model: lead magnet, booked call, low-ticket, workshop/webinar, free trial, or ecommerce offer
  • Run a SEMrush analysis on 3 to 5 competitors: keyword gaps, traffic sources, top pages, paid vs organic split, and ad copy
  • Pull Google Search Console data to see the exact queries, impressions, pages, and CTR already sending you demand
  • Run an AI funnel-hacking pass on the same rivals: page structure, hooks, proof, offer stack, and checkout path
  • Define the conversion math: target CPA/CPL, breakeven point, lead-to-sale assumptions, and first test budget
  • Map the page: hero promise, proof, offer stack, objections, CTA, form, thank-you page, and next step
  • Build and publish the first landing page with PostHog, UTM capture, and tracking placeholders in place from day one
Build stack

LLM of choice, SEMrush, Google Search Console, ad libraries, your site stack or a simple generated page, owned lead database, PostHog, GA4/GTM

Pipeline

SEMrush + Search Console research -> competitor pattern -> offer map -> funnel map -> page wireframe -> AI copy draft -> page build -> PostHog + lead capture -> thank-you page

Between sessions

Collect 3 proof assets, finish page edits, test the form, confirm PostHog is recording sessions, and bring the live URL to session 2.

You leave with

A live landing page with PostHog recording, a one-page funnel map, and a SEMrush + Search Console research brief.

Session 2: Email, agents & owned lead pipeline

Fri, Jun 26 · 2 hours
  • Create the lead stages: new lead, qualified lead, booked, showed, proposal, won/lost
  • Write the first 7-day nurture sequence: delivery, problem, framework, proof, objection, direct CTA, last call
  • Wire tags, segments, delays, and branches for buyers vs non-buyers or booked vs unbooked leads
  • Capture UTMs, click IDs, landing page, form source, and creative angle on the contact record
  • Decide whether messaging automation belongs in the funnel: WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, RCS, or a lead agent
  • Build a lightweight AI lead agent with Claude Code and Codex: qualify, answer FAQs, route hot leads, and trigger the next action
  • Connect the agent to your real tools and data through MCP servers, the pivotal layer that lets it read the lead database, calendar, CRM, and docs safely
  • Wire the agent into the rest of the stack with Zapier: missed-call reply, booking reminders, no-show recovery, review request, and reactivation
Build stack

Claude Code, Codex, MCP servers, Zapier, custom lead database, lightweight admin view, email service, RCS/WhatsApp/SMS where useful

Pipeline

Form submit -> owned lead record -> AI lead agent (Claude Code/Codex + MCP) or tagged nurture -> booking or checkout -> qualified lead status -> ad platform feedback

Between sessions

Turn on the welcome sequence, submit 2 test leads, and confirm the right tags, fields, and agent handoff rules are saved.

You leave with

A working follow-up sequence, owned lead pipeline, and optional lead agent that can report lead quality.

Session 3: Ads, programmatic SEO blog & traffic

Wed, Jul 1 · 2 hours
  • Choose the channel by intent: Google AI Max/Search for existing demand, PMax/Shopping for ecommerce, Demand Gen/YouTube for discovery, Meta Advantage+ for demand creation
  • Build a programmatic blog: turn SEMrush keyword gaps and Search Console queries into a data-driven, AI-generated post template that scales to dozens of pages
  • Wire the programmatic blog for SEO: internal links into the funnel, schema, sitemaps, and IndexNow-style instant indexing
  • Build campaign structure: prospecting, warm retargeting, hot retargeting, branded/search capture, and exclusions
  • Create the first creative matrix: 5 hooks x 3 angles x 2 formats mapped to funnel stage, including founder, UGC, demo, story, and proof formats
  • Write AI Brief-style guardrails: what the platforms may say, may not say, and which searches/audiences to prioritize
  • Launch the first traffic test with clean naming, UTMs, budget rules, and daily stop/iterate thresholds
Build stack

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEMrush, Google Search Console, programmatic page templates, AI content generation, AI image/video generation, custom asset prompts

Pipeline

Keyword gap -> programmatic post template -> AI content at scale -> internal links -> landing page, plus creative angle -> ad asset -> campaign -> UTM -> lead/purchase

Between sessions

Launch or schedule the first campaigns, publish the first batch of programmatic posts, and screenshot the first read of CTR/CPC/CVR and impressions.

You leave with

A live ad test, a programmatic SEO blog generating organic pages, and a creative backlog for the next 30 days.

Session 4: Analytics, session replays, launch QA & scale plan

Fri, Jul 3 · 2 hours
  • Verify all conversion events: page view, form start, submit, booking, purchase, qualified lead, won sale
  • Watch real PostHog session replays: where visitors hesitate, rage-click, mis-tap, or abandon the page
  • Build PostHog funnels, dashboards, and trends: pageview -> form start -> submit -> booking, with drop-off at each step
  • Launch a PostHog landing page experiment: A/B test the hero, headline, CTA, or form against a measured conversion goal
  • Set up the measurement loop: GA4, Google Ads conversions, Meta Pixel/CAPI, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion import
  • Monitor Google Search Console: indexing, impressions, query growth, and CTR on the new page and programmatic posts
  • Read the first funnel data: ad CTR, landing page CVR, CPL/CPA, booked rate, lead quality, and revenue proxy
  • Write the 30/60/90 plan: what to kill, what to iterate, what to scale, and what to build next
Build stack

PostHog (replays, funnels, dashboards), Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, ad platform events, Conversions API, server-side event endpoints

Pipeline

Website event -> PostHog replay + funnel -> ad platform event -> owned lead qualification -> offline conversion -> Search Console + dashboard -> optimization decision

Between sessions

Run the weekly optimization checklist, review PostHog replays and Search Console queries, and post the next 3 tests in the cohort channel.

You leave with

A tested funnel, a PostHog analytics dashboard with session replays, a running landing page A/B experiment, Search Console monitoring, and a 30/60/90 day scale plan.

Why this exists

Most funnels die in the planning phase

You've watched the courses. You have the notes, the swipe files, the half-finished landing page. What you don't have is a funnel that's actually live and bringing in customers.

Funnel Forge fixes that the only way that works: by building it. Over four focused sessions across two weeks, we sit down together and construct your complete funnel, the offer, the page, the ads that feed it, and the automations that follow up while you sleep. No theory left unimplemented. You leave with the thing built, tested, and turned on.

The system

The funnel we wire together

Every business has a different offer, but the operating system is the same: attract the right person, continue the promise on the page, capture the signal, follow up, convert, and send quality data back into the machine.

01

Traffic

AI Search, Meta, YouTube, creator boosts, retargeting, and a programmatic SEO blog for organic intent.

02

Landing Page

One promise, one angle, one next step. Built fast, tracked properly.

03

Lead Record

Source, UTM, click ID, page, form, creative angle, and lead stage saved in owned data.

04

Agent + Nurture

AI lead agent, email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, booking reminders, and objections.

05

Conversion

Booked call, checkout, trial activation, qualified lead, or won sale.

06

Feedback

PostHog replays & funnels, Search Console, offline conversions, CAPI, dashboards, and next tests.

The four sessions

What we build, session by session

Each session is a working block. We start with real research in SEMrush and Google Search Console, then build with the leanest stack possible: your site, a programmatic SEO blog, owned lead data, custom agents, ad accounts, and PostHog analytics with session replays.

01Research & page

Research, offer & landing page

We mine SEMrush and Google Search Console for real demand, sharpen your offer, choose the right funnel model, calculate the first-test economics, then use AI to build and publish the landing page with PostHog and tracking ready from day one.

  • SEMrush competitor & keyword-gap analysis
  • Google Search Console query & demand pull
  • Pick the funnel model for your offer
  • Calculate CPA/CPL and breakeven targets
  • Map the full customer journey
  • Build the hero, proof, objections, and CTA
  • Publish the page with PostHog & UTM capture
  • Wire up lead capture, mobile and speed polish
02Messaging engine

Email, messaging & automations

We build the follow-up engine and owned lead pipeline with Claude Code, Codex, and Zapier, so every opt-in has a next step, every source is saved, and every good lead can be fed back into the ad platforms.

  • Define owned lead stages
  • Store source, page, UTM, and creative angle
  • Draft a 7-day nurture sequence
  • Build a lead agent with Claude Code & Codex
  • Connect tools & data via MCP servers
  • Wire the stack together with Zapier
  • Optional WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS follow-up
  • Triggers, delays, branches, and segmentation
  • Full automation QA
03Traffic

Ads, programmatic blog & traffic

Now we feed the funnel from both sides. We turn the SEMrush and Search Console research into a programmatic SEO blog for organic traffic, then build the first paid campaign and a practical creative testing system for Google and Meta in 2026.

  • Programmatic blog from keyword gaps
  • AI content template that scales to dozens of pages
  • Internal links, schema, sitemaps & instant indexing
  • Google Search, AI Max, PMax, or Shopping fit
  • Meta Advantage+ Sales or Leads fit
  • Creative matrix: hooks, angles, formats
  • AI ad images: GPT Image and Nano Banana
  • Launch checklist and first test
04Go live

Analytics, session replays & scale plan

We connect the pieces, watch real users move through the funnel in PostHog, prove the numbers are flowing, and turn the funnel into an optimization loop instead of a one-time launch.

  • PostHog session replays: see where users drop off
  • PostHog funnels, trends & dashboards
  • PostHog landing page A/B experiments
  • Google Search Console monitoring & CTR
  • GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and Google Ads conversions
  • Enhanced conversions and offline conversion plan
  • End-to-end funnel test & event QA
  • First read of CTR, CVR, CPL/CPA, and quality
  • 30/60/90 day scale plan

State of the art, 2026

The automation stack we build around, not against

Paid acquisition is now AI-native. The job is no longer to manually control every lever, it's to feed the machines better inputs from infrastructure you own: sharper offers, cleaner first-party data, stronger creative, better conversion signals, and tighter guardrails.

Funnel hacker field notes

What non-official sources are pointing to

Platform docs tell you what features exist. Funnel builders, YouTube operators, indie hackers, agent builders, and PPC communities show what people are actually trying. We use those signals carefully: model the pattern, test the result, ignore the hype.

AI funnel hacking

Reverse-engineer competitor pages, ads, VSLs, email sequences, order bumps, and checkout flows with AI, then extract patterns without copying their words or design.

Challenge & VSL funnels

Live challenges, short intensives, VSLs, and webinar-style offers are still central for expert businesses because they compress trust before the sale.

Conversational funnels

Static forms are giving way to chat, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, and booking flows that qualify, answer objections, and move people into a real conversation faster.

One-person AI company

The current ClickFunnels/Russell Brunson lane is clear: use AI systems to replace bloated execution, not strategy. One person can now ship pages, scripts, emails, ads, and products much faster.

Custom agent automation

Missed-call reply, appointment reminders, pipeline stages, review requests, lead reactivation, and handoff rules rebuilt as lightweight owned workflows with Claude Code, Codex, and Zapier.

Movement, not just funnel

Funnel Hacking Live's 2026 AI theme is still about audience, story, community, and fanbase. AI scales output, but the durable edge is positioning and trust.

AI, without the slop

We use AI in every phase, taste does the rest

AI is woven through the whole build: pages, copy, images, automations, and practical lead agents. The difference between a funnel that works and generic AI sludge is knowing how to direct it. You'll learn the actual prompts, not vague advice. Here are three you'll walk away with.

Claude · landing page Multi-step
1. You're a direct-response copywriter.
Offer, audience, 3 rivals below: [...]
2. Give me 3 hero angles. Score each
   on clarity + specificity.
3. Take angle #2. Write the page
section by section, in this voice: [...]
Multi-step prompting

Chained, not one-shot

Reusable prompt systems that build a whole page in steps, consistent every time, instead of one lazy "write me a landing page."

Nano Banana · ad image Imagery
Product on matte concrete. 85mm lens,
f/2.0, soft window light from the left,
shallow depth of field, muted earthy
palette, photoreal, no text.
// art-directed, not "make it pop"
AI imagery + photography

Direct the camera, not just the subject

GPT Image and Nano Banana, steered with real photography theory (lens, light, depth) so they don't scream "AI made this."

ChatGPT · email Copy
Rewrite in my voice (samples below).
Rules: no "unlock", no "elevate",
no em dashes. Short lines.
Specific beats clever.
// taste encoded as constraints
Copy theory

Constraints kill the slop

Enough copywriting craft to encode your voice as rules, so the output sounds like you, not like every other AI page.

The principle: AI does the heavy lifting; your taste makes it good. We build the habit of pushing past the first, average output, every single time, so you ship 10× more without flooding the internet with forgettable slop.

Is this you?

Who Funnel Forge is for

Founders & creators

You have a product or service and you're done duct-taping a funnel together in your spare time.

Course & info creators

You've got an offer but no reliable system bringing buyers to it consistently.

Service businesses

You want a predictable pipeline of leads instead of relying on referrals and luck.

Solopreneurs

You wear every hat and need automations doing the follow-up so you don't have to.

Marketers leveling up

You know the pieces but want to see a full funnel built end-to-end by a pro.

Anyone tired of theory

You've bought the courses. This time you want to finish with the thing actually built.

The cohort effect

You're not building this alone

The reason cohorts work isn't just the teaching, it's the room. You build alongside seven other founders going through the exact same thing, at the same time. Momentum, accountability, and feedback you can't get from a course.

Built-in accountability

A fixed schedule and a small group mean you actually show up and ship, no more "I'll finish it next month."

Learn from other builders' funnels

You see everyone's offers, pages, and ads take shape. Every question someone asks is one you didn't know you had.

A network that lasts

Private cohort channel for the week and beyond. These are the people you'll trade wins and feedback with after.

Why Francesco?

Who you'll build with

Francesco, funnel & ads expert

Francesco

Digital marketing expert & CTO
150+ consultations with businesses of every kind, from solo founders and course creators to ecommerce brands and SaaS startups

Those consultations mean I've seen what actually works across industries, budgets, and stages. I bring that pattern recognition straight to your funnel, instead of one playbook I try to force onto everyone.

I've spent years building and running funnels and paid acquisition for founders, creators, and operators, the same kind of people in this room. Not theory from a slide deck: real campaigns, real pages, real money on the line.

In this cohort I'm not lecturing at you. I'm sitting next to you, building your funnel with you, reviewing your work between every session, and making sure you walk away from the final session with something live.

FAQ

Common questions

How is this different from a normal course?

A course is something you watch. This is four working sessions over two weeks where we build YOUR funnel live, together. You finish with a running funnel, not a folder of lessons you'll never open again.

Why only 8 seats?

Because we work on your actual funnel in real time. Eight is the maximum where everyone still gets direct, personal attention and a hands-on review of their own work each session.

Do I need an existing audience or product?

You need a product or offer (even a rough one) and a willingness to ship. You don't need an existing funnel, an audience, or a technical background, we build everything from scratch.

What tools will I need?

Very little. You need a domain or place to publish a page, ad account access if you want to launch ads, and an LLM. For research and measurement we lean on Google Search Console and PostHog (both free to start) and SEMrush for competitor and keyword analysis. For the rest, we prefer simple owned infrastructure: forms, webhook/API flows, a basic lead database, custom agent prompts, and lightweight scripts before reaching for paid SaaS.

What kind of AI agent do we build, and with what?

A scoped lead or follow-up agent, not a vague chatbot. We build it with Claude Code and Codex, give it access to your real tools and data through MCP servers (the pivotal piece that lets it safely read your lead database, calendar, CRM, and docs), and connect it to the rest of your stack with Zapier. Depending on your offer, it can qualify leads, answer common objections, recommend the right next step, route hot prospects, prepare call notes, or trigger email/SMS/API actions. We also define the guardrails: what it can say, what it must never say, and when it hands off to a human.

What's the programmatic blog, and do I need to be technical?

It's an organic-traffic engine. We take the keyword gaps from your SEMrush analysis and the real queries from Google Search Console, then build one AI-driven post template that scales to dozens of SEO pages, each internally linked into your funnel. You don't need to code, we use your existing site stack and AI to generate and publish the pages.

How do I actually see what's working after launch?

We set up PostHog so you can watch real session replays, build conversion funnels, read dashboards that show exactly where visitors drop off, and run landing page A/B experiments to test the hero, headline, CTA, or form against a real conversion goal, plus Google Search Console for organic impressions, queries, and CTR. Combined with GA4 and your ad-platform conversions, you leave with a clear, visual picture of your funnel rather than guesswork.

Won't my funnel just look AI-generated?

That's exactly what we train against. The reason most AI output looks like slop is that people accept the first generic result. We teach you to direct AI with real prompting technique, plus enough photography and copy theory to keep everything on-brand, specific, and human. AI does the heavy lifting; your taste keeps it from looking like everyone else's.

What if I can't make a live session?

Every session is recorded and shared with the group. That said, Funnel Forge is intense and hands-on, you'll get the most out of it by showing up live and building alongside everyone.

Will the ads cost extra?

Your seat covers the program itself. You'll set your own ad spend budget for the campaigns we build, and you stay in full control of how much you put behind them.

Is there a payment plan?

Reach out before you book and we'll do our best to work something out. Seats are confirmed in order of payment, so don't wait too long.

What's your refund policy?

Risk-free. If for any reason you need to cancel your participation before Funnel Forge starts, I'll refund you 100%, no questions asked. The only exception is once you join the first session: at that point your seat is non-refundable, since the room is capped at 8 and your spot was held for you.
