What a Session Actually Looks Like
Format: a 60-minute live call, screen-share on your accounts, recorded with your consent, and delivered with a prioritized action list afterward. Most prospects expect a generic consultation; we do hands-on triage inside your ad accounts, analytics, or CMS so every minute is practical.
Typical tools: Google Meet or Zoom for screen-share/recording, access to Google Ads/Analytics or Meta Business Manager, and a shared doc for live notes.
What Gets Covered in the First Session
We run a focused pre-call audit and use the hour to:
- Confirm your primary KPI (revenue, CPA, new customer cost).
- Quick account triage: top issues in bidding, tracking, creatives, or landing pages.
- Deliver a prioritized fix list (3–7 tactical next steps) and the next campaign decision: pivot, double-down, or iterate.
After the call you receive: the session recording, a 1-page summary, and 48-hour email follow-up for implementation questions.
What's NOT in a Coaching Session
To be clear: coaching is not a course, not a done-for-you service, and not a magic playbook that works for every business. We won't build landing pages, write 20 ads, or run daily campaign management for you during the session.
That anti-promise matters: it sets realistic outcomes and avoids over-sold expectations common on platform pages and generic consulting sites.
Three Archetypes We Actually Coach
1) The Solo Founder
Walked in: experimenting with Google Ads, €500–€2K/month, confused by keywords and budgets.
What we did: account triage, matched intent vs creatives, set simple campaign naming and conversion tracking, prioritized 3 fixes to implement.
What changed: immediate reduction in wasted clicks and a clear playbook to scale to €3–5K with repeatable steps.
2) The Marketer Drowning in Dashboards
Walked in: multi-channel dashboards, conflicting KPIs, CEO asks for scale but team lacks focus.
What we did: aligned KPIs, created a one-page measurement plan, recommended attribution and experiment framework, and scheduled a follow-up sprint plan.
What changed: team alignment, faster decision-making, and fewer wasted tests.
3) The Experienced Advertiser Stuck at a Plateau
Walked in: solid baseline performance but growth stalled at higher spends and ROAS slipped.
What we did: segmented performance by audience/product, tested high-intent creatives, and suggested structural shifts (campaign splits, bid strategies).
What changed: clear experiments to break the plateau and a roadmap to sustainable scale.
What It Costs and Why
Session pricing is transparent because little of the value is execution time alone. A typical 1-hour session is priced to include:
- Pre-call 30–60 minute audit (we review accounts before the session).
- 60-minute live screen-share session (recorded with consent).
- Post-call 1-page prioritized action list and recording delivered within 24–48 hours.
- 48-hour email follow-up for clarification and quick questions.
Compare that to an agency retainer: agencies charge ongoing fees for operational capacity; coaching prices reflect concentrated expertise and deliverables — not daily account management. Example pricing: single sessions €150–€400, bundled packages at a discounted rate via our four-session bundle.
How to Tell If You're Ready for a Coach
If you answer "yes" to most of these, coaching is a good next step:
- Do you have a clear primary KPI (revenue, leads, or CPA)?
- Are you spending or planning to spend at least €500/month on paid channels?
- Is someone on your team able to implement tactical changes?
- Are you willing to share account access for a short audit?
- Do you prefer to learn and keep capability in-house rather than outsource permanently?
If you answered "no" to more than two, consider either preliminary training or an agency depending on capacity.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from an online course?
Coaching is personalized, live, and actionable on your accounts; courses are generic and lack account-specific triage and follow-up.
Do I need ad spend to start coaching?
No—you can start with planning, analytics, or organic channels; however, coaching focused on paid acquisition is most effective with some spend or a launch plan.
Which platforms do you coach?
We specialize in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) but also advise on analytics, landing pages, and CRO. See Google Ads coaching and Facebook Ads coaching pages for details.
Do you support other languages and timezones?
Yes—sessions are scheduled in CET with flexibility for other timezones. Contact us for specific language or scheduling requirements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or reschedules accepted up to 24 hours before the session; last-minute cancellations may forfeit the session fee. For packages, see our four-session bundle.
