Client Responsibilities

Intellectual Property
Site content, frameworks, templates, and materials created by AdsForMakers remain the intellectual property of AdsForMakers unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use delivered materials internally for your own business.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsForMakers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or services.
